Chec the air pressure in the expansion tank, shouldn't be around 3 bar
because the water pressure is higher then the expansion tank it allows the water to go on over pressure.

You need to pull out the handle or the tap of the shower and the cartige should unscrew out, by using a 21mm socket or a long nose pliers, or some adjustable spaner
