About Us:
My name is Matt and I am the owner of IA Property Solutions, the business which offers a varied service to homeowners and landlords alike. From home improvements including gardening and landscaping, joinery & carpentry, painting and decorating as well as other niche tasks such as rip outs and clearances.
Each job is approached with a warm touch, as I understand that dealing with people and their homes is a big responsibility and one that is not taken lightly. It is important that the customers home is kept tidy throughout the job and most importantly that they feel comfortable in approaching me. I am completely transparent with how the job will be carried out and will walk the customer through any important decisions or options should that be required.
I really enjoy doing a great job and seeing the customers satisfaction at the end. From a selfish point of view it also feels great when I can step back at the end of a project and feel proud of the work I have completed.

History:
I started my working career around 2012 at Custom World in Ferndown where I spent 3 years working as a sawman and joiner. I then spent several years working in construction in Australia.
Following on from that I moved to New Zealand where I spent 3 years working in Orchards, Landscaping and gardening, and tree planting.
Since my return to the UK in 2022 I have continued working for several local contractors before starting my business carrying out a variety of handyman, groundworks and construction based work.
