Yes all timbers, need to be treated including joists wall plates, slate and tile batons.
Its difficult to say without size dimensions & the material its built from, brick, stone etc. the flashing should be code 4 blue label and again depending on how many flashings are damaged, or need
refixing. this is a job that a established roofer would have to assess.
