Nov 2008: I have had no issue with the taps, and they were fitted quickly. The main issue was he was late twice to the point of not turning up, so he ended up coming round on a Saturday (the third appointment made) where he was still about an hour late on the appointment time. I'd say specify the hours he can arrive in, morning and off-peak so traffic is not an excuse, but the quality of the plumbing will be very good.

Sep 2008: Carl turned up right on the dot. He was friendly and professional with hardly any mess. He stayed testing the heating system until I was completely satisfied with the work done. Highly recommended.
