“Wrong tools for downlights.We had to refit all! Didn't label electrical circuits! Left 3/4 of the floorboards off with insulation strewn all over! Kept avoiding our calls and was patronising when asked about the messy loft. NO CERTIFICATE despite several requests! Reporting him to Trading Standards. ”
