“Came to see the job. Seemed friendly and showed a good understanding of the job requirements. Provided a prompt and reasonable quote and we contacted him to offer him the work... we haven't heard from him since, despite sending several emails enquiring as to whether he still wanted to do the job. We are now left with the job of re-advertising.”
