Centaur Developments & Construction is a local building firm based is Guildford, Surrey and serving London & Surrey areas. Whilst we provide development and building services to the domestic sector, a big part of our customers are developers that will purchase a plot of land and will desire to build one of several properties for sale. Others wish to put an extension or conversion on the existing house.
As well as big projects, Centaur Developments & Construction often undertake smaller renovation and refurbishment jobs such as new kitchen refitting, Bathroom relocation and refitting, end of tenancy agreement refurbishments & etc. Amongst our services we can either work on the basis of fitting only or alternatively we can provide an in-house interior design helping you to create your ideal kitchen and/or bathroom that will be on your terms and budget. Once the plan is drawn we will turn it into reality and make sure that every single thing is in place, right where you want it to be. Big majority of our work is coming from a wide variety of Guildford surrounding areas such as Woking, Weybridge, Byfleet, Walton, Cobham, Esher, Chertsey, Farnham, Farnborough & Godalming. However we are more then happy to provide our building services to the whole of Surrey and South London such as Wimbledon, Teddington, Kingston, Surbiton, Twickenham and much more.

We can design your extension or your garage conversion, get it through the planning process and bring it from the architectural blue prints to a fantastic living accommodation. Big majority of our work is coming through referrals and returning customers. We work close with several architects & structural engineers who have seen our work and are more then happy to recommend us to their customers. However we are also actively seeking new customers in order to increase are client base and expand our building services to a wider area.
Centaur Developments & Construction also pride themselves in providing emergency plumbing & central heating services as well as emergency electrical services 24/7. We understand that quick response is the key and can make all the difference and therefore we aim to respond within 1 hour of the call. However if the situation got to a critical point and a serious repairs need to be done we can also provide a full flood restoration service and complete house rewire if needed.
