Mar 2011: Iain supplied quote to remove bathroom sink, radiator and bath taps to replace with new replacements I had purchased. We accepted his quote and he then arrived on the agreed date, worked quickly and efficiently to replace everything we agreed. He then returned after a few days to ensure everything remained sealed. I am extremely pleased with the result and with Iain's friendly and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in requesting Iain's expertise with other projects in my home.

Mar 2011: This is the second time I've hired Iain & I cannot rate him highly enough. Previously for tiling & this time for fitting new radiators, both of which were top quality jobs like an expert in both. He is an excellent communicator and patiently explains in layman's terms his methods to achieve what you are looking for, but wastes no time once on the job and leaves a quality finish. I would readily use him again and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trusty and excellent first time.

An inspection and discussion with regards to various tile, suite and design preferences allowed him to accurately quote the overall price for the whole job. The work itself was carried out to the highest standard in the time scales agreed at outset. Work comes with a full guarantee and Iain has even been out to check a few things after the job.Excellent value and very friendly approach. Will use again!

Jun 2009: Highly recommended. Gave a detailed quote. Arrived on time, as planned. Repaired the lath and plaster wall, and tiled the wall and floor. Excellent workmanship, despite a difficult job, at a very good price. Provided a 1 year guarantee. Would definitely use again. Even cleaned and dried the stairs after!
