Octavian gave me a reasonable quotation which reflected fairly on the amount of work involved. He told me the job would take 5 days and although he did go onto a 6th day it was because of unavoidable problems such as heavy traffic. He did an amazing job and my bathroom is transformed and beautifully finished off. He and his colleague did 10 hour days and cleaned up every night after themselves. I'd happily use Octavian again, should the need arise.

Building a downstairs WC - Richard was a pleasure to work with, polite, knowledgable and turned up when he said he would. Listened to our requirements and offered advice and direction. Worked through any problems and kept us informed all the way through. Standard of work was excellent and after the job was completed, when a couple of issues arose, these were resolved quickly and without issue. Will be using him for further jobs soon.

David is excellent and provides the best and most professional service I have ever encountered; I have yet to meet another tradesman who knows his business this well; he installed an entire central heating system in a large old house (at a third of the cost of British Gas!). Always on time and even works whole weekends.

This is the type of builder that you pray for. Dave came to our rescue when the bathroom was in danger of ending up in the kitchen. The wet room that he created from our very old bathroom is incredible despite the additional work that he had to undertake. Gave him a set of keys and he just got on with it. Will have no hesitation in using or recommending him again. Thanks Dave.
