Reli did a fantastic job of my bathroom and ensuite and they were not standard easy jobs as there were dormas involved. I got exactly what i asked for and he did a few extra jobs for me too, lighting, plumbing in washing machine, extractor fans....and very competitive pricing. Andy fitted me a new bathroom and kitchen with no issues. He offered suggestions on space saving options/design spec when he came to give me a quote and offered his professional advice. His time keeping was perfect and due to a tight schedule on my behalf he was more than accommodating in getting both jobs done in a quick time scale. I would highly recommend his workmanship and attitude as no problems with anything and he kept me fully informed with the progress. I will be getting him back for other house work in the New Year. Todd and Dave decorated our dining room.They were extremely pleasant and very professional.We are very pleased with the job and the cost.

This is the type of builder that you pray for. Dave came to our rescue when the bathroom was in danger of ending up in the kitchen. The wet room that he created from our very old bathroom is incredible despite the additional work that he had to undertake. Gave him a set of keys and he just got on with it. Will have no hesitation in using or recommending him again. Thanks Dave.

Replied to my e-mail and arranged to view the job for a quotation. Accompanied us to choose materials and fixtures which was a great help. Advised us on good products too. Refitted an ensuite bathroom fully tiled with fixtures. I am very pleased with the end results of my new ensuite. They were promptly on time each day. They maintained professionalism and was willing to answer any questions asked. I will strongly recommend.

Calvin is unreliable, and cannot be trusted with your money or the work to be carried out by himself and his team of trades people. He has taken ?580 from me for an unfinished bathroom refit that consisted of an unevenly tiled floor , 3 damaged walls , a drive completely full of waste and an extra ?1000 on the price for a new builder to fix the issues Calvin left behind when he decided he no longer wanted to finish the job. For your own sake do not employee this man OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Once again just wanted to thank Herbert and team at Bridge Gap Construction for the outstanding job they had done in my bathroom. From laying the newly bought floor tiles to fitting new ones to the wall surface around the shower and bath area where once was none. It looks lovely. Very dissapointed with the service, the bath and toilet were fitted to an ok standard- they were working however the bath hadn't been adjusted to the right height and was left unsealed and out from the wall. The sink however was the main concern it was left unfinished and leaking so I was unable to use it and had to pay for another plumber to fit it professionally. The quality level of the sink was terrible with a tube of silicon covering the mess of the leak behind the sink.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Will use Alterax again when we do our ensuite bathroom.

Maintenance and Repairs Ltd are the best company I have had the pleaser of dealing with. The whole team know what they are doing and are fantastic value for money. Thank you so much you even came out in snow. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Mark and his team worked hard and well on my project, which was a complete bathroom renovation. They have kept me well informed of their work progress. Mark and his team were very courteous and willing to answer any of my questions in relation to the job. It was relatively a complicated project they have worked on, and despite few obstacles they came across in their works on the project, the team was able to overcome those obstacles and quickly came up with solutions for them. I truly recommend Mark and his team for the quality of their work, their skills and for respecting their customers.?
