I'm so glad I found Jack and his team. These guys are real pros and the standard of everything is absolutely top notch. They were able to start soon after I got a quote and were done in 14 days exactly! Everything was done to perfection and I am overjoyed with the quality of the work. The tiling and flooring work is absolutely perfect and I cannot fault a single part. I trusted Jack and the guys throughout the entire process and left it up to their judgement for details that I didn't have a clue about (tap placements, tiling under kitchen etc). They even built an ingenious solution for my bath panel (which they built custom), using silicone to make a section removable in case any work is needed under the bath. These guys are the BEST, I seriously cannot recommend enough, and I will always go to them for any work I may need doing in the future. I know how rare it is to encounter trustworthy tradesmen and have found a real gem in Jack and the team!

Both of these young men worked extremely hard on a most difficult job lowering the floor of our shower and the end result is amazing. They also re-laid the entire bathroom floor. Can't rate them too highly. Just waiting for them to finish a small portion of grouting on the floor that they overlooked.

Mr Zaheer completely gutted the existing bathroom and installed new tiles on walls and floor, install shower tray and glass screen, toilet and basin and shower fitting. He installed protective covering to all floors where required. His work was clean and tidy every day. He is always polite and punctual daily and flexible. The bathroom was completed on schedule and quotation supplied never changed and invoice was given on completion. It is eighteen months since completion and there are no issues with the bathroom. I can highly recommend Mr Zaheer and am happy with the high standard of work he does.

I had a room converted in my bedroom that was made into an en-suite wet/shower room. They put up all the walls and installed all the pipe work too. Very polite workmen and got finished before expected. Made it a lot easier having the one company for all the work needed to be done. Highly recommend

Work was done in the agreed timeframe. Ivailo arrived on time and every day left the work area super clean and all their materials out of the way. Excellent quality and attention to detail.

Henry was amazing from start to finish. We asked him to quote for building a downstairs toilet and move the electricity and gas meters to make room for this toilet. We offered a great price and a very good technical design for a very limited space (1qm). We are very happy and grateful for his work and are enjoying it every day :) We definitely recommend his services! He always did everything with a smile on his face which always counts.

Submitting feedback 2.5 years on from works completed by Birghtstar. Installed new boiler, split an existing bathroom, new ensuite, kitchen and new radiators. Quality of bathroom install finish was poor. Walls were not flush and tower rails not flush against walls.
