I was given Paul's number from a neighbour as she had previously used CBS North Wales for another job. They arrived on time to give us an estimate & within an hour we had agreed that they would carry out the work required. I can wholeheartedly say that I would have no problem in recommending CBS North Wales to any of my friends or family. The work carried out was to a fantastic standard & they really took pride in their work. They fitted a new kitchen, appliances, splashbacks, lighting, reconfigured the layout to which suited me & I couldn't be any happier. In the Bathroom, they fitted a new suite & were also able to squeeze in a shower cubicle with power shower which I didn't think would be possible, but it looks amazing! tiled floor & walls, new l.e.d lighting, new ceiling & I can honestly say I am over the moon with the results. Andrew took on a half completed bathroom refurb and did a brilliant job in spite of problems encountered, - walls not straight, previous plumbing a bit suspect. Communication was great and he came when he said he would ! Gave advice and was very friendly and professional. I am thrilled with my new bathroom , would'nt hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to family and friends.

Paul came to look at the job and gave us loads of useful advice, he even arranged to take my wife to a local bathroom furniture shop and select the units. As soon as the units were delivered he gave us a date and time when he was able to fit them. He turned up on time and did a Rolls Royce job of fitting them. He is a very pleasant person to work with, he turns up on time, he leaves the place clean at the end of each day and I can certainly recommend him. I shall be using him in future.

Would not recommend, bad workmanship. Left holes in new ceilings, put new toilet in wrong place meaning it blocked, after tiling around it he had to move onto adjacent wall, was goin to leave tiles with holes in from where toilet had been until we told to change it. Did not seal shower so water would leak everywhere, plug hole and shower basin broke and left without fixing. Sink not attached to wal and 2in gaps. Did not clean tiles after fitting. Didn'twaterproof shower enclosure(now mouldy)

After a date had been selected by both the contractor (A & C Contractor Ltdj and myself, I cleared the room in readiness on the day, and as they did not answer my request for an eta on the morning, got up early and waited. After 12pm I tried to call them, and sent them emails with no result. However, the next day I had a text message to say he had an accident, but someone else would available if we could arrange another date, we did and again they failed to turn up. Not impressed.

Expressed early interest in job. Very thourough with quotation, timeframes and pricing were spot on. Worked closely with us to pin point exactly what we wanted with cost in mind. Methodical approach. Will deffo keep his number for future jobs. Due to financial reasons we couldnt follow through with the work but have mikes number for when we can over the next month or so.

Took twice as long as quoted (on day rate) walked off job after I complained - totally unfinished, unfortunately . Tiling has had to be redone in lots of areas - gaps and uneven, electrics condemned by electrician, may be ok for small jobs but do not allow to do anything bigger than a leaking sink. Hope I save one person from making the same mistake I did.

Most of his work wasnt bad but very unreliable and never finished the job. Never picked up his phone when i tried to call. Tried lots of times.

Calvin is unreliable, and cannot be trusted with your money or the work to be carried out by himself and his team of trades people. He has taken ?580 from me for an unfinished bathroom refit that consisted of an unevenly tiled floor , 3 damaged walls , a drive completely full of waste and an extra ?1000 on the price for a new builder to fix the issues Calvin left behind when he decided he no longer wanted to finish the job. For your own sake do not employee this man OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

after contacting them through this site they phoned me straight away to arrange a suitable time to assess the job. they managed to visit later that day to assess and the quote was provided shortly afterwards. The quote provided a reasonable breakdown of the work being undertaken which I found a good checkpoint to confirm that what we needed doing was understood by Ideal Building. The quote was within our budget range and so a date was agreed. they turned up on the agreed date and did a good job.

Took out old bathroom, replaced with new shower, wc and sink, tiled floor and walls put in new lights. Did an excellent job very happy and would not hesitate to recommend. Will be using in near future for a new kitchen. thanks. Mark.

Arranged to give me a estimate between 12-1. Arrived at dead on 12. Sorted the problem, cost me 20 pounds, best bargain I have had in years. will use him again if and when I need a plumber. Can recommend him with a 10/10!

After coming in the evening to visit the property and assess the issue, Dylan returned first thing the following morning to reseal the shower tray so we could continue to use the shower whilst considering a long term solution. Highly recommended.
