Henry was amazing from start to finish. We asked him to quote for building a downstairs toilet and move the electricity and gas meters to make room for this toilet. We offered a great price and a very good technical design for a very limited space (1qm). Submitting feedback 2.5 years on from works completed by Birghtstar. Installed new boiler, split an existing bathroom, new ensuite, kitchen and new radiators. Quality of bathroom install finish was poor. Walls were not flush and tower rails not flush against walls. Both new bathrooms - one bathroom tiles were not properly attached, with multiple leaking problems which developed a big leak above dining table. The

I asked Master Plumbing and Heating to re-tile a bathroom and install a sink. Work was done to the highest standard and the results were excellent. The builders were resourceful, polite and exceptionally capable. Would happily use this company again. Big thanks Volkan

I'm so glad I found Jack and his team. These guys are real pros and the standard of everything is absolutely top notch. They were able to start soon after I got a quote and were done in 14 days exactly! Everything was done to perfection and I am overjoyed with the quality of the work. The tiling and flooring work is absolutely perfect and I cannot fault a single part. I trusted Jack and the guys throughout the entire process and left it up to their judgement for details that I didn't have a clue about (tap placements, tiling under kitchen etc). They even built an ingenious solution for my bath panel (which they built custom), using silicone to make a section removable in case any work is needed under the bath. These guys are the BEST, I seriously cannot recommend enough, and I will always go to them for any work I may need doing in the future.
