Paul came to look at the job and gave us loads of useful advice, he even arranged to take my wife to a local bathroom furniture shop and select the units. As soon as the units were delivered he gave us a date and time when he was able to fit them. He turned up on time and did a Rolls Royce job of fitting them. He is a very pleasant person to work with, he turns up on time, he leaves the place clean at the end of each day and I can certainly recommend him. I shall be using him in future.

Building a downstairs WC - Richard was a pleasure to work with, polite, knowledgable and turned up when he said he would. Listened to our requirements and offered advice and direction. Worked through any problems and kept us informed all the way through. Standard of work was excellent and after the job was completed, when a couple of issues arose, these were resolved quickly and without issue. Will be using him for further jobs soon.

David is excellent and provides the best and most professional service I have ever encountered; I have yet to meet another tradesman who knows his business this well; he installed an entire central heating system in a large old house (at a third of the cost of British Gas!). After a date had been selected by both the contractor (A & C Contractor Ltdj and myself, I cleared the room in readiness on the day, and as they did not answer my request for an eta on the morning, got up early and waited. After 12pm I tried to call them, and sent them emails with no result. However, the next day I had a text message to say he had an accident, but someone else would available if we could arrange another date, we did and again they failed to turn up. Not impressed.

This is the type of builder that you pray for. Dave came to our rescue when the bathroom was in danger of ending up in the kitchen. The wet room that he created from our very old bathroom is incredible despite the additional work that he had to undertake. Gave him a set of keys and he just got on with it. Will have no hesitation in using or recommending him again. Thanks Dave.
