Adam was tasked to reseal he bathroom/change ceilings in the dining room and hallway due to a leak that I was assured was fixed by a previous plumber. Adam set about the task and went above and beyond the detail I asked of him. Adams eye for detail identified the leak was still active. Finally fixing the leak he went on to completely reseal he bathroom, retile floor and walls to a high standard that leaves me in no doubt this will withstand time. His removal and replacing of the ceilings downstairs was also done to a high Caliber. AC property services offer extremely competitive prices with a extremely high quality of work that you would be very hard to compete with. I would recommend Adam and his team time and time again.

I found Alan to be professional and very well mannered. The job has been done in 1 day with the promise to follow up in a week. Alan tidied up as he worked and the shower cabin looks great. Will try it out tomorrow and hopefully will get a shower without leaks.

We were very pleased with our new shower fitted by Nick and Ash. Also had new interior doors fitted by Chris. Would definitely recommend Nick and Debbie to anyone who needed work done. They are friendly, professional people, who will give you good advice and keep you updated as the job goes on. Punctual, reliable and very reasonably priced. Replied to my e-mail and arranged to view the job for a quotation. Accompanied us to choose materials and fixtures which was a great help. Advised us on good products too. Refitted an ensuite bathroom fully tiled with fixtures. I am very pleased with the end results of my new ensuite. They were promptly on time each day. They maintained professionalism and was willing to answer any questions asked. I will strongly recommend.

Nathan completed a re-design and re-fit to my bathroom. Nathan was extremely hard working and was not afraid to work long hours to get the job done. All work was completed to a high level. Very professional could not say anything negative.

Very dissapointed with the service, the bath and toilet were fitted to an ok standard- they were working however the bath hadn't been adjusted to the right height and was left unsealed and out from the wall. The sink however was the main concern it was left unfinished and leaking so I was unable to use it and had to pay for another plumber to fit it professionally. The quality level of the sink was terrible with a tube of silicon covering the mess of the leak behind the sink.

Failed to turn up as agreed. Email and text sent but no response. Wasted a few days on this.

Jason did a great job fitting our bathroom. Really high standard of tiling and fitting - was adaptable and dependable. He also came straight back when there was minor snagging which he fixed immediately. Really nice chap too. Highly recommended.

The work was done to a sloppy standard. The main issue we had was the toilets soil stack being blocked with tile adhesive from the works causing this to back up. I tried to get hold of Chris for a week with no luck. I had to get another plumber to fix the issue costing a lot of money and not to mention i had to clean the waste (both kinds) from my bathroom. I finally got hold of Chris who said he would reimburse me, after this call he has ignored all calls and texts. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

I can't rate Marc and G A Installations highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and he was diligent and reliable at all times. The quote was competitive and the work of a very high standard. I'd have no qualms about using them again in the future.

Reli did a fantastic job of my bathroom and ensuite and they were not standard easy jobs as there were dormas involved. I got exactly what i asked for and he did a few extra jobs for me too, lighting, plumbing in washing machine, extractor fans....and very competitive pricing. Adrian undertook complete refurbishment of out bathroom.It was a challenge as the bathroom is small. He removed all the bath units including bathtub, toilet and cistern and sink very efficiently. Our bathroom installation required a back to wall combi WC and sink unit (which had to be cut to fit over existing pipework), a walk-in bathtub and a folding shower screen.I am very pleased to say that Adrian completed the job very efficiently and superbly. I definitely recommend him. Thx for gr8 work.

Very enthusiastic and will try his hand at anything to try and help you out, made a decent job of plastering, window fitting, roofing, brick-laying, hanging doors, etc... bit of everything all in one man.

Paul came to fit a new extractor fan in the bathroom and fix the ventilation in the loft space. He was very good, explained everything clearly, quick to respond and flexible about what time he could come over. He completed the work to a high standard at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend SP installations.
