Paul did a 5 star job.He advised that I did not need to demolish my wall, he could take a few courses off and point the existing wall and raise it with new bricks, saving me money. His brick work was of the highest standards, he cleaned up work area after finishing each day and was polite and courteous. Wish all tradesmen acted so professionally.

Mark removed a 1960s grate and fireplace and made good the wall and floor. He told us what he'd do and when he'd do it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He (together with workmate Ben) turned up when he said he would, did everything he said he would (and more) for the quoted price and left the place tidy. Him and Ben are coming back to decorate most of the house later this month. What more can I say?

We are happy with the work done and would happily hire this tradesman again in the future.

I was very impressed with the service that Lee (LV Zeffiretti building services)provided. He was very helpful and the quote he provided was very easy to unnderstand. His quality of work his very good. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the area and footpath not only at the end of the job, but also at the end of every day. he even power washed the footpath at the end of every day.

Point all wallls on house and dwarf wall around house. Fitted new rubber roof with 20 guarantee on outhouse. The work was carried out brilliantly. Both Nigel and Carl were exceptionally professional at all times and were in constant contact with us if a problem arose. They were never pushy trying to get extra work, yet gave us positive advice at all times. They cleaned up after work every night and at the end of the job, which was very dusty, did a final clean down, which included cleaning our windows and both our neighbors windows as well. I have a small extension added to my property and Gruia (called him Ion) sort this out for me in a short period of time. Good quality, fast respond and excellent job. Although his English is not the best but we managed to communicate well.

Mr Hawkins responded promptly to my enquiry, visited the site, discussed my needs and provided a quote within 48 hours. On this occasion he was not competitive but I shall ask him again when I have other re-pointing or similar building work to be done.

Norik and his team did an outstanding job at competitive prices. This work involved brickwork, carpentry and decorating at a 16th century property. It is uncommon in my experience for builders to be creative in finding solutions to tricky situations and to seek cost saving approaches. Aps did both of these things and Norik is very easy to work with and very professional.

Their work ethic was exceptional, timekeeping very good, schedule relayed to me and kept to. Price reasonable. Workers very good and respectful. Steve kept us up to date all the time. Would use them again in a heartbeat. David.

The brick work was badly damaged by a car impact and had to be cut back to a safe level and then replaced. This also included repair of guttering and foul waste drain and repainting once it was done. This was all done to an excellent standard and we were very happy with the works. Clive has done a wide range of building works for us over the last few years and we have been very happy with all of the work done.

Robert did the brick work for my extension plus he built a garden brick wall . He takes pride in his work, with great attention to detail and this is evident in the finished work. He produced exactly what I asked for, he is reliable . I would highly recommend him.
