Owen Gallagher completed a garage renovation for us as well as laying a new driveway which involves moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc and sorting out building regs .I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest. Any minor snagging issues were promptly dealt with. Owen also carried out some ground work in the garden, removing hardcore, laying new turf and completely re-fencing the garden perimeters. This work was carried out, as before, to Owen's very high standards.

Paul supplied a detailed estimate of the works and has kept us informed as the work was carried out. The scope changed when the broken lentil was found this caused a lot of additional works but it was well managed. They have covered the pathway with boarding so not too cause any damage and kept the mess to a minimum. All the guy's he uses are polite and helpful.

Russell completed the work efficiently despite having to cope with adverse weather conditions. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely use Russell again.
