Paul supplied a detailed estimate of the works and has kept us informed as the work was carried out. The scope changed when the broken lentil was found this caused a lot of additional works but it was well managed. They have covered the pathway with boarding so not too cause any damage and kept the mess to a minimum. All the guy's he uses are polite and helpful.

Owen Gallagher completed a garage renovation for us as well as laying a new driveway which involves moving substantial amounts of earth and rubbish from the garden. The renovation work involved putting in new plasterboard ceiling and walls, windows, fitting a new toilet/shower suite, tiling etc and sorting out building regs .I found him and his team to be reliable, hardworking and honest. Any minor snagging issues were promptly dealt with. Owen also carried out some ground work in the garden, removing hardcore, laying new turf and completely re-fencing the garden perimeters. This work was carried out, as before, to Owen's very high standards.

As always, Adrian is one of my personal builders that I have used for the past 6 years on all of my resedential projects in London. I have recently completed a residential new Build project with Adrian Diamond Builders and his team. They have been a pleasure to work with throughout. There were some real niche finishes and details in this project and they worked diligently to make sure that the design was carried out faithfully, to a very high standard. we have received an excellent service from this contractor. Our company has been using the above contractor for the past 18 months to complete various works throughout a number of properties we complete repairs within this work varies from small domestic repairs to full refurbishments. Mr Tossoun has always completed works he has undertaken within the deadlines and worked in an efficient and professional manner to meet their contracted requirements for projects.

After reading the reviews, Daniel and his work colleague completed the work and were very professional. Luckily they highlighted that some of the brickwork may have caused injury or worse if we had attempted the work. Although some accidental damage was caused to the vinyl floor during the work, they returned and completely replaced the floor covering. I would recommend them every time.

MSI refurbishments did an excellent job for us, They remodeled the ground floor of a Victorian house to provide a new kitchen and ground floor toilet and cloakroom. This involved several trades. Nothing was too much trouble and they were punctual and worked through continuously.

Excellent builder and good communication I would recommend him to anyone.
