I was very pleased with Pro-Tech Construction. Henry Silvera was most professional, reliable and competent. There had to be some minor changes to the job spec, and they were dealt with courteously and efficiently. The invoice was clear and complete - no unexpected additions. I would happily recommend Pro-tech to anyone considering this sort of work.

The final room the fitters ran out of energy, broke the central light fitting and failed to stretch the carpet satisfactorily. They also did not clear up after themselves. I have had carpet fitters that have been far more careful. I think the fact that A1FS is an intermediary there is room for misunderstanding and an inflated price - where the fitter is being paid less. However, if it was the carpet fitters doing job directly without intermediary I would rate the work as poor.

I would absolutely recommend Robin for any flooring job. Right from the beginning he got in contact quickly and was clear about what was to be provided in the job along with clear breakdowns of pricing and choices. He also was very accommodating in ordering some last minute carpet for an extra 2 rooms the day before coming in. He was quick to respond to messages and always keeping you updated. Robin was also very helpful when unforeseen problems arose giving solutions and worked quickly with his team to get the job finished to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend him and his team.

Very happy with the work done. Reasonably priced but the best thing was the quick response. Got the 4 bed room re-carpeted in 5 hours Also very polite and friendly and did the furnitures moving too. Would highly recommend.
