Ilir and his team were excellent. They removed the damp plaster down to the brickwork, applied the necessary treatment and replastered. All debris was removed and clearing up was immaculate. Would definately use this company again.

Michael came to our property to quote for the work. He was polite and efficient and as I am a remote landlord kindly took photos of the roof damage to show me the issues. Our insurance company took sometime to confirm that we could proceed with the work, however Michael was patient and accommodating throughout. We eventually had to go with the insurers recommended companynhowever I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Michael.

Melvin is a very competent, pleasant and efficient workman who, together his workmates, did everything we asked plus more. Nothing was too much trouble and he was excellent at keeping us informed of his progress and plans. We would not hesitate to employ him again.

He showed interest in two jobs I had posted. I shortlisted him for both and we arranged for him to visit, inspect and quote. He didn't turn up and also didn't call to say that he wouldn't. Have not heard from him again.

I had do install a chemical damp proof treatment to 3 different walls, I needed a guarantee certificate for the bank and a good price as we just bought the house and we need to renovate it.It is hard to imagine but yes I got everything: professional treatment to the walls, good price, guarantee certificate and my house clean at the end. His work was professional done and the paperwork as well.I’ll definitely recommend and use RAD in the future.

Paid him over the top for a quick job (injecting a damp course). He failed to do 2 walls and despite saying he would return didn't. Doesn't return phone calls or emails.

Appeared professional and friendly with good time management. Managed to complete the work earlier than expected.I would recommend them.
