Hi We decided to have Allshades to refurbish our house ,there workmanship in all areas/trades was as I expect, the team were tops, not the cheapest of all quotes but I don't like to cheap! Wayne is a great person to have your work sorted he keeps you updated with all costs ect and how the work is going day by day. always on time and very clean. Decorating Fantastic inc wallpapers, I can tell anyone who wants there work looking good to consider ALLSHADES no complaints what so ever

Gavin + his team were tidy, courteous, efficient and professional. Nature of job: to remove a stud wall in a bedroom, new power points, fixed uneven level flooring, box up an area to hide some pipes with a bespoke door for access to pipes if needed. Good adaptation and good workmanship without hassle. Clean dust film provided to protect existing carpet and furniture. We were impressed. Highly recommended and we would engage All Hours Plumbing & Property Services again.

Damian and his team had a real challenge, house needed a new bathroom ,kitchen , rewiring , walls re-plastering then decorating all . The job was done on time and I am extremely happy with the house it is beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommended Damian and his team - they were GREAT .

Brightstar modernised my 3 bed flat. They were reasonably priced, professional, finished a superb job on time and to budget and left the flat in pristine condition. They were also helpful and pleasant and I would give them the highest possible recommendation.

We chose Darren because he gave us the best quote and clearly had the expertise to carry out the technical elements of our job. The bonus to working with Darren was how unobtrusive it was to have building work going on in the middle of our house. He was accomodating of our toddler & our cats, left things clean at the end of each day and even the little things like making sure the washing machine remained plumbed in & usable for the duration of the work really made the whole process a breeze.

Nice guy, tiled our floors and painted the living room. Job done to a high standart as we wanted. Would recommend

5 stars with excellence to Fabrizio and his company. I was super happy about the quality of his work. He provided a detailed quote with labour and materials included whilst other companies were rather vague and didn't provide enough details on materials and timelines. He project planned the works perfectly and faced problems promptly. He is very easy to deal with, he provided very intelligent solutions and will engage you in any decision. He fixed a very serious structural problem in my bathroom, and designed bespoke kitchen and wardrobe with excellent quality materials and attention to details. He transformed my flat completely. Bravo!!

We agreed to have Galeon design and completely refit our ground floor, including the kitchen. I can say that we are extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by the Galeon team. We now have a beautiful and functional open plan kitchen and a wonderful living room area. Natalia & Marcin are a good team with a great eye for detail and exciting ideas that has really made our home special. Finishing on time and on budget and taking time to take care of any snags in a professional manner.

After talking to 5 different builders, I finally met Jozef that came to my flat and kindly analysed every detail of my project with me and explained me how to achieve the results in the best way possible and within my budget. He didn't look for cheaper solutions, in the other hand, he took the challenge and executed every part of it with extremely care and eye for details. He reconfigured my whole flat, knocked walls and rebuilt everything from scratch. Premium work. I recommend him 100%.

I am really happy that I choose Hector to do my refurbishment.he to his time to explain what needed doing and the best way to approach it, he worked out a plan and a time scale for the job and he delivered on it. He also helped me to get a better prices on my work tops. Iam really happy with the quality of the work my house now feel like a home thanks to Hector such a polite man will definitely use again.

Renovation to dining room, work carried out was excellent, having them back later in the year for more work. Would strongly recommend John of All Property Aspects as he is honest and the workmanship was excellent.

We were very pleased with the job which Surrey Construction did fitting our kitchen and bathroom units and doing the tiling. They were very amenable to what we wanted, friendly and professional and offered suggestions. The work was completed within the timescale quoted and we were very pleased with the finish of the work and the advice given. We would highly recommend Surrey Construction and will definitely have them back again.

Adam and Selim said yes to everything I asked and proposed competitive price. At the end, they did things differently. there are unexpected expenses.the job is not precise at all. they are extremely messy. they hide some mistake they did without informing me. Also they are unreliable. a month after, the plaster is falling apart and paint is peeling ( they save on material they used) and they want to charge again to come back. they seems friendly and helpful but that just the 1st appointment.

Hire in 2014 to carry out major refurbishment at my new home. Excellent professional service from Anton and his team, will definitely use again for any future works.

Trevor and Colin of MTG worked tirelessly for almost eight weeks, often over weekends and into the evenings. They started off in an environment that was chaotic to say the least. Most importantly, Trevor gave me a quote for the work at the beginning and he stuck to it. He did not ask for money upfront. They both kept me updated, sending me photos nearly every day and also vetting and co-ordinating other tradesmen. I have worked with many builders both in London and around the country (four companies plus about fifteen tradesmen) and MTG have been the best experience by a long way. The quality of the work, the way it has been carried out without fuss and the speed of it have been brilliant. Best of all though has been Trevor and Colins integrity - I will certainly be using them again and recommend without reservation.

Georgi has sent a team of two, who have done a brilliant job on plastering and decorating. We are extremely happy with the outcome and the time it has taken - exactly as promised my Georgi. Thank you guys!! Would definitely recommend this company. Julia
