K&M Building Systems Ltd. was contracted to undertake extensive refurbishment of my house for sale to market standard and we also engaged K&M Building Systems Ltd. to upgrade our present home with a new bespoke bathroom, bespoke lounge to dining room extension, new floors on the ground floor, a minor loft conversion and other intricate tasks, regarding lighting. All the above work required extensive plumbing, some electrical installation, new wooden/laminate flooring, plastering and decorating. I can only highly recommend K&M Building Systems Ltd. The company is highly efficient, the work undertaken is carried out with a minimum of fuss to a very high spec. The workforce was always punctual and were not put out, to work extra hours if the need arose. They are very helpful with suggestions and really do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. We have more projects coming up and I will not hesitate to work with K& M Building Systems Ltd. again.

Lee quoted for a job which was a very good price. He arrived when he said he would and carried out an excellent job in my home. He even carried out small extra jobs that I asked with no problem. I first contacted paul when we decided to decorating our bedrooms, and we started stripping the walls and they were unsightly. Paul was very proffesional from the moment he came round to look at the work needed. He had completed the job to a very high standard and in the time scale he said, i now have 2 beautiful rooms that look fantastic. I would 100% recomend him!!

Nature of job: to remove a stud wall in a bedroom, new power points, fixed uneven level flooring, box up an area to hide some pipes with a bespoke door for access to pipes if needed. Hi We decided to have Allshades to refurbish our house ,there workmanship in all areas/trades was as I expect, the team were tops, not the cheapest of all quotes but I don't like to cheap! Wayne is a great person to have your work sorted he keeps you updated with all costs ect and how the work is going day by day. always on time and very clean. After consultation we decided the cost of all the jobs I wanted doing was outside my budget and probably unnecessary but I was very pleased with Tod's honesty about his qualifications not covering the plumbing work required. However I may use him in the future for a shower screen. He was punctual, friendly and informative.

We chose Darren because he gave us the best quote and clearly had the expertise to carry out the technical elements of our job. The bonus to working with Darren was how unobtrusive it was to have building work going on in the middle of our house. He was accomodating of our toddler & our cats, left things clean at the end of each day and even the little things like making sure the washing machine remained plumbed in & usable for the duration of the work really made the whole process a breeze.

After talking to 5 different builders, I finally met Jozef that came to my flat and kindly analysed every detail of my project with me and explained me how to achieve the results in the best way possible and within my budget. He didn't look for cheaper solutions, in the other hand, he took the challenge and executed every part of it with extremely care and eye for details. He reconfigured my whole flat, knocked walls and rebuilt everything from scratch. Premium work. I recommend him 100%.

All work done ( new bathroom and garden slabs, with some odds bits for students) to satisfactory standard will look to reuse services in future.

Good professional service. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would even with some minor changes to the planned work. The work was to a high standard and we would use them again for future work.
