About Us:

Hi there, I?ve been working the Peckham,Dulwich area for the last 22years , I?ve never advertised or had to due to customer recommendations throughout this time. . However all my customers tell me I should.. I believe it?s a lot quicker in the long run ,and more profitable to do a job properly the 1st time...if you bodge and cut corners on a job ,you end up getting called back to fix it , which costs you time and the customer is reluctant to recommend you to someone else.. I?m a professional plumber heating engineer, I done a 5 year apprenticeship (which doesn?t seem to happen anymore)
My apprenticeship was mainly commercial (schools, hospitals, Office?s)
I am an experienced pipe fitter , commercial plumbing and heating engineer.. I?m an unvented hot water specialist (and certified) saniflo specialist.
I?m not the cheapest, but I always get it right 1st time(maybe not once or twice, I?m only human) .. when I give a quote : the price I quote is the price at the end of the job, I don?t try to add hidden costs or try to inflate it, I always tell people straight . Anyone that?s used me , always uses me ...
I used to have the same problem with motor mechanics until I found the right 1 .
Quotes are free and so is anything I can help you with over the phone (I mean things to check before booking me, in case it?s something simple you can do yourself. I don?t mean talking you through fitting your new bathroom. Lol).

History:

22years strong, still have customers from back then .( have keys to a lot of their houses in case they are away and a problem occurs, or they have tenants in there.

Other:

City and guilds (nvq 2 & 3 , unvented hot water certification.
Highly experienced and approved cast iron radiator installations.
Saniflo/waste macerator Engineer.
Underfloor heating.
Wet rooms.
Commercial and disabled sanitary installations.
Reactive emergency and planned maintenance to the retail industry.
Power flushing.
My gas safe has expired, I haven?t renewed it yet because I have a young lad that works with me and he has he?s (I paid for him to do it)

Toilet flush leaking - Plumbing job in Rotherhithe

“Tony arrived on time as discussed. He attended to the flushing problem expertly, and fixed it while asking if I was satisfied with the fix. It has been almost a week now, and the flush problem has not re-occurred. He was upfront with the estimate quote, and very prompt with his replies, and invoice. I'd highly recommend Tony as a plumber and an all round handy man. ”
broken boiler - Heating engineers job in Norbury

“Tony is a very friendly and easily approachable heating engineer. He was keen to resolve my issue over the phone rather cost me any money. His call-out charge is cheaper than the big firms that dominate google. Although the issue was simply resolved he was keen to maximize vlaue for money by making sure that my central heating was in good shape inside and out. He showed me how to solve any similar problem in the future. I thoroughly recommend Only Flues and Hoses.”

Answers:

Fed from bottom. i would fit a long flexible tap connector on it and open water supply to test for leaks before pushing it back to its permanent position (obviously your only testing cold supply not waste)
Being able to clean underneath it
You possibly blew pcb (printed circuit board) by wiring programmer wrong or boiler internal fuse .
or blown relays in programmer
