Wall heater wire repair

We have an electric wall heater that the previous owner has tried to rewire - added a longer wire and connector box. It currently appears hazardous. We wish for someone to replace the current setup with a single wire from the heater to the wall.

I am purchasing a property and has completed a homebuyer report. The surveyor has recommended that I test the consumer unit and wiring to confimr there are no problems. I would like to obtain a quote for the following work. Details of the property: 1-bed Victorian conversion flat, built around 1900s Services required: 1) Mains electricity is connected with the meter and consumer unit located in a 3 cupboard off the first floor landing. The consumer unit is of a dated pattern and lacks up-to-date safety features.
