Shame - this gentlemen called around - spent about 45 minutes discussing my requirements etc and i was quite happy with him and felt he could deliver (Aziz) - he left with the plan to send me a quote and then 2 days later - he texts me to say that he cannot do my work as he will be on holiday! We never discussed when the works needed to be done by - so that leaves me to believe he got a better work opportunity - disappointing and unprofessional.

The circuit breaker for kitchen sockets is causing our fusebox to trip. We have tried to isolate the cause, but even when we have turned off everything that we can, the circuit still trips. While trying to flip the fuse switch back to its normal position, the lights in the bathroom and hallway cupboard have now stopped working too.

I would like to obtain a quote for the following work. Details of the property: 1-bed Victorian conversion flat, built around 1900s Services required: 1) Mains electricity is connected with the meter and consumer unit located in a 3 cupboard off the first floor landing. Very dissapointed - came and gave us a quote and seemed reliable. However did not turn up on day at 9am as agreed. Texted at 11.45 to say was ill. Gave him the benefit if the doubt, these things happen. Rearranged time and this time didn't turn up and this time didn't even have the courtesy to text. Obviously got a better offer/job. Clearly not reliable and cannot reccommend.

I did see the selections when Peabody’s electrician was fitting the lighting but the wrong one was chosen and I’ve been regretting it ever since. I am well aware of the extent of the job and it is the limited pride I still have, which sees me avoid requesting Peabody adjust the lighting again. A quote for the job would be much appreciated.

Because of the speed of completing the advertised job, Joshua did not charge me for an additional hourly-rate to carryout the second job – only a small amount for the extra work.
