Besides advising us on kitchen extension and bathroom refit, also managed the projected well. 12ft by 10ft kitchen floor. Original lino/Laminate base possibly sealed to concrete when house built! Since then on top are square adhesive tiles that are now breaking and snapping. Need to be lifted and new flooring in place. Nothing fancy just a safe floor. Its a difficult job I can not manage. I have tried lifting tiles but the adhesive is lethal and leaves behind super sticky. need help. a quote for the work and take the pressure off me. Busy full time working mum.

Living room has some wooden floor and an extension with concrete floor. Hall and cloakroom have plywood laid already. Grinding of current surface possibly required? Plastic scree probably required. I then decided to replace the entire floor with new boards and laminate flooring. After a price was agreed the work was done quickly and efficiently and I could not be happier. He is coming next week to do the bathroom floor. Glad to find him.
