Nick Winters, the contractor, carried out the work within three days of first contacting him. The work consisted of replacing some rotting wood and the re- felting. I couldn’t have asked for a quicker and better service.

1) To apply expanded foam on top of the back wall of the garage, to close the gaps between roof and wall. 2) To enclose the two holes in the concrete panels that are at ground level. Presumably, two cement boards to be secured internally over these. 3) To cut the damaged fascia board at the roof level of the garage - top right hand side - and replace with a new L shape fascia board. This damaged fascia board has come loose and reveals a gap in the garage.

Shed 14ft x 8ft needs re-felting it has split on the edges where it has been folded over. Some of the osb sterling board has rotted in places on some of the edges.
