They came at the time they said they would,They disconnected my old cooker, cut the worktop so the new cooker would fit in. Then I had Chris back, again on time. He fit my new vanity sink, bath pannel, toilet seat and laid new floor tiles. He did a fantastic job, Im am very pleased with it, I would have him work on my house again. By the way they cleared all rubbish from site, and left it nice and clean

Why when all their ratings are so good did this company let me down so badly. Twice they didn't show up, both times I had paid for childcare so not only was it a no show it cost me money. Ususal trick too of not answering the phone. Totally gutted to say the least.

Very unreliable, Robert didn't turn up the 1st time to give a quote as agreed, without letting us know. Turned up the 2nd time for the quote and we agreed a price and then didn't turn up (twice) to run though the details of the work and the start date. Avoid if you want someone reliable.
