Essentially looking to freshen the place up with a neutral colour. Bedroom one, approx 4m by 3m including ceilings and woodwork (skirting and window sill). Plaster appears in reasonable to good condition. Bedroom two, approx 3m by 3m, same requirements as bedroom 1. Some plastering working may be required around the internal window bay. Landing and hall ways Circa 3m to 4m in length, require ceiling in Landing doing as well as walls and skirting boards Living room and reception room - same size as bedroom 1 and have the same requirements. I wanted three window frames sanded and painted. It was supposed to be 2 day job but was done as a rush job in 5-6 hours. I paid Tommy ?240.00 but did realise until afterwards that dirt was ingrained in the paint. I was promised an invoice bit did not receive one and he did not return to correct the paint work even after many promises to do so. This was two weeks ago. I will never use this person again. In fact will.never use websites like these as you are never sure of what you are getting.
