Initially, there was a leak in the bathroom. In repairing it, asbestos was discovered in one of the partition walls, and now the whole bathroom needs to be reinstated. The kitchen, which is next to the bathroom, has also been affected. Taking this opportunity, we want to fit a new kitchen.
Muhammad act as a project manager, and his associates carry out actual work. We realised the importance of this arrangement in undertaking long-term substantial refurbishment. Without the project manager, we would have had to choose and buy materials, negotiate with builders and engineers and also to deal with quality assurance. Muhammad made sure of all. Obviously, there were ups&downs during the journey, but overall, we are very satisfied to have chosen A1fs Ltd.
