I have had to remove my skirting boards in order to remove the old laminate flooring. In doing so, I have disturbed some of the the plaster on the angle beads. These will need to be thin skimmed again. The walls are all plasterboard, thin skim will need to be applied to 5 of the angle beads.

The cement which is surrounding the windows has cracked and fallen away in places, I need the surrounds of each window to be cleaned out of the cracked masonry and made good. Two windows will have to be accessed via a ladder but there is a flat roof in front of the other two.

All the woodwork and plaster were completely sodden and had to be pulled out. So there is now a large gaping gap. Its likely that the whole ceiling will need to be replaced. The ceiling area is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 meters
