3 ceilings need to be skimmed which currently have artex. 2 ceilings are in bedrooms, sizes are approx 12sqm per ceiling. The other ceiling is the hallway, which is a small space as its a small terraced property. I have removed the fireplace, the hole just needs to be closed up and skimmed, space 2-3sqm max
