In Jan10 Galan fitted an Electric Shower at my home. The shower stopped working so I called Triton under the 2yr warranty. The engineer came to fix the shower, he looked inside and found Galan had wired the electrics the wrong way round. I then had to use a professional to fix the wiring. My house could have caught fire due to bad workmanship. I am now having to persue Galan through the courts to recover the costs for getting his wiring fixed. He has also invalidated my warranty with Triton.

In one bathroom shower leaking into downstairs apartment. Needs fixing. Also light switch broken and toilet not working properly. In second bathroom would like separate quote for fitting shower over bath and putting up shower rail. Also please note - tap under sink which switches off water is extremely stiff. Not sure what can be done about that.

Anthony did an excellent job fixing my two bathrooms. In one he built a new walk in cubicle and shower and cleaned the tiles so it now almost looks like a showroom bathroom. In the other he put in a power shower and some new tiles. He also set new kitchen floor tiles and fixed a light switch. Everything was done quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Would strongly recommend.

Hot and cold water pipes were fitted incorrectly. He re- fitted the pipes while communicating what he was doing. Very professional and polite. Job was done satisfactory. A very reliable and punctual plumber who actually gives you courtesy calls and gives you updates, which is rare these days. He's very approachable and informative and gives advice without putting you under pressure. Also, after Currys failed to install a washing machine after a second time, we called APS over a weekend (more than likely busiest times for plumbers) and they actually offered to do the job before we go to work on Monday! This company's now on our contacts list as our local plumber.

This plumber was employed to fix a non working shower pump. He did, what we thought was a good job. Over the last 2-3 weeks, it seems the problem of the pump not working/not producing hot water has reared its head again. I have attempted to contact this plumber to see to the issue, and he has ignored all my correspondence- Despite him promising his work was guaranteed for two years. It's a shame that such a disappointing amateur is able to take people's money and not honour their contract.
