In Jan10 Galan fitted an Electric Shower at my home. The shower stopped working so I called Triton under the 2yr warranty. The engineer came to fix the shower, he looked inside and found Galan had wired the electrics the wrong way round. I then had to use a professional to fix the wiring. My house could have caught fire due to bad workmanship. I am now having to persue Galan through the courts to recover the costs for getting his wiring fixed. He has also invalidated my warranty with Triton.

He's very approachable and informative and gives advice without putting you under pressure. Also, after Currys failed to install a washing machine after a second time, we called APS over a weekend (more than likely busiest times for plumbers) and they actually offered to do the job before we go to work on Monday! Plug on the pop-up waste and overflow has come off. Can't reach inside to screw it back in. Would like it to be 're-attached'. Space may be limited due to being located next to toilet.
