As previous plumber did not have the tool to tighten off the overflow. Maybe also clear pipes so run clear as doing this to rent out flat so need it to be in good working order.

My flat is the ground floor of a semi-detached that was split into two flats in the 80's, so the bathroom has external pipes inside the room and probably non-standard plumbing. On a Friday afternoon he offered to call at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, and he arrived right on time. The work was done exactly as planned, and the cost was what Andy had estimated. I am posting this review a week later, during which the shower has been used about 15 times and performs very well indeed. Great work!
