What a pleasure it was to have Anthony do this work for me. He was above excellent. Very calm and friendly. The job wasn't rushed just to get it done, he took his time to do it properly and even did a few little xtras so I wouldn't have to do it. Nothing was too much trouble. He was also very clean and tidy and explained everything as he went along. You could tell he was proud of his work. I can't recommend him highly enough. His rates were also very reasonable & the work guaranteed for 2yrs.

Toilet is making a very high pitched noise when flushed. Bath taps on enamel roll top bath need tightening,bath will have to be pulled out to do this. Three sinks with very slow leaks at the back. Two radiators downstairs not coming on.

We are leaseholders living on the ground floor of a three storey block of flats owned by Clarion Housing. The property dates from around 1960. The problem is with the waste pipe in under the kitchen sink that runs to the communal stack. This is an old metal pipe that has now corroded and has a hole in it meaning all water now floods the kitchen. There is a kitchen unit to the right that covers access to the end of the waste pipe where it enters the wall and the rear of this unit will need to be cut away to allow replacement to take place. There will not be an expectation for any holes made in the rear of the unit to be made good. We are both pensioners in our 70's with mobility problems so I am no longer able to tackle this job myself.

pretty sure it's a faulty compression valve on the cold feed to the kitchen tap. Slow leak...perhaps 300-400ml per day getting out. Seems to leak faster in the evening. Needs fixed before I go away for christmas (20thDec), cz the container won't hold enough to not overflow if left that long without being emptied.
