Painting house, new flooring downstairs, tiling of kitchen

Me and my husband required James on the 16th of August. To redecorate our home, including wallpapering. He said that the surfaces were in mint condition so there was no filling required, and that if he came across anything minor he would do it for free as he goes on.
We needed our skirt boards taken off an new ones attached, and new coving put up.
Once all the painting was finnished, we then had him come back todo the entire downstairs laminate flooring. Whoch was done speedily and at a great price.
Then the week acger he had come back to tile our kitchen.
We thought that whereby all work the had him carry out ws done fantastic we woukd stick with james throughout. He really is "James Of All Trades".

We had James at our home on the 16th of August, James is very professional, he gave us a very clear breakdown of the quote. He ended up doing multiple jobs for us in our home from, the painting, new laminate floors, tiling. Everything was on time, and left very clean. One of the main things we remember is his attention to detail. If he was not happy with something he done he'd keep correcting it untill it was of standard. We would recommend James, 5*- Great Builder
