I would like someone to do the following in one living room sized 3.6m x 3.6m:
1. Remove the carpet
2. Replace 25-100% of the existing floor boards (depending on time and price) with moisture resistant chipboard
3. Install acoustic rock wool between the joists
4. Check how joists are fixed and pack up if required
5. Check and install extra noggins (if needed)
6. Install anchors to link joists in grid that dont touch (if required)
7. Add carpet underlay and new carpet on top
Competitive price. Great value for money. Flexible and accommodating. A few delays but cant complain given value for money. Recommend pre-ordering materials after deposits are paid to avoid unfortunate delays in raw material delivery.
