Small repairs and some painting. Replace bathroom cabinet door. Replace 2 PVC window locks + patio door lock. New radiator cap. Repair or replace sink waste. Paint: back bedroom walls + 1 wall in 2 bedrooms, 1 wall in reception, walls inside patio area, inside step in front of patio doors. Replace 2 outside padlocks.
