Morning,I would recommend a carpet of a twist pile nature this is what I use on our rentals of over sixty properties the reasons are my are student lets so easily cleaned and non of that laddering effect you get if you use a looped pile carpet and it gets a pull in it we only pay approximately £6.00 meter so it's cost affective and serves our service users well hope that helps with your enquiry kind regards David
