Hi there obviously it would be dependent on size and distance travelled to complete but a ball park figure per square meter is £4 subject to all appliences being removed prior to installation and subfloors being in a suitable condition to accept new flooring!! there is normally a minimum charge for vinyls as they tend to be a smaller quantity to be fitted across the northwest that would be approximately £55.00 per kitchen i hope the information is sufficient too your needs kind regards david
Again these abrasions test are completed in laboratory conditions !!!!so obviously it all depends on footfall on each situation but i always work on the assumption if 0.40 stone surface layer which is normally described as the wear layer !! they should last a minimum of seven years on a day to day basis in a domestic household subject to proper maintenance and cleaning regimes door mats at external doorways etc hope that helps your enquiry kind regards david
You've probably done more harm than good sadly any soiling should be treated with non ph balanced cleaner it's probably better to replace as vinyl is relevanty cheap so better to replace rather than lose your deposit
Hold back it's more likely the adhesive could have been solvent based which has a smell like ammonia!!!!!!!! which will evaporate in due cause i've had a similar situation myself ,also if the underlay was a rubber construction and wrapped in a plastic bag as is normal that can sweat and cause an oder !!!!
Morning,i would recommend a carpet of a twist pile nature this is what i use on our rentals of over sixty properties the reasons are my are student lets so easily cleaned and non of that laddering effect you get if you use a looped pile carpet and it gets a pull in it we only pay approximately £6.00 meter so it's cost affective and serves our service users well hope that helps with your enquiry kind regards david
