You remove the plinths (kick boards) and lay the flooring to the unit feet. then you rip the plinth down to suit. its never advise to fit under unit legs as the weight pulls the flooring apart in time
My average price for laminate flooring is between £22 to £26 per square meter. if the floor requires a beading around the perimeter, i charge around £4 per meter to fit. the rate depends on the shape of the room and the difficulty's that might be face.
Yes, to be honest a 28kg door is fairly light. the track will be very solid into brick work and the door is bolted in the top and a grove routed in the bottom to keep it straight. i do advise spending a little more on the track, preferably one with ball bearings, trust me that extra few pounds will be worth it in the long run.
When i fit door a lining to double doors like this, i will always make the lining up myself to suit out of finished timber. when you make the lining remember to add 3mm for each gap in the door so 9mm in total. when the studs are built add the lining thickness plus the 9mm gap plus both door width and 10mm each side for packing. when fitting a lining for double doors its important the lining is in wined which means both legs are parallel to each other. this is the most important thing. also fit the doors before architrave as you can make adjustments to lining once door is hung. make sure the lining is fixed twice at least 400mm down each leg...... sorry there's a lot to it

also, when ripping the prepared timber to suit remember to allow 15mm for plaster board and plaster each side. so, if you have a 90mm stud wall, you will rip the prepared timber to 120mm. also plaster the walls before swing the doors as the moisture from plaster expands the doors....

i hope this helps
When you lay a laminate floor it is important firstly that the sub floor is level. dips or falls in the sub floor could make gaps open. if that's the case you will need to use self-leveling latex and level the floor (this is easier than it seems). if there is weight on the floor that can also open gaps. when you lay a floor, you lay it all with a 5mm to 10mm gap for expansion, but while you are fitting you use packers to hold the floor in that gap. once the whole floor is fitted that gives it strength and then when you fit skirting or beads around the edge that strengthens it all. you can use pva in the joints, but this really shouldn't be needed. also, you can get a glue to fix to sub floor, but this is normally used for hardwood floors

i hope this helps and i explained properly
