I am a small landscaping company, mainly focussed on fencing etc for now. Willing to take on larger projects. Have been running a little over 2 years, but have 10+ years in the landscaping and gardening trade.

No 60-80mm is not too much as long as your using a nice strong mix to lay on
You would need council permission to remove the kerb and replace it with a dropped one, but am unsure of the permissions needed to build a driveway.
