About Us:
At FrankWorks we are a family based 2 man army dedicated to providing clean building works and maintenance
We mainly do extensions, landscaping, driveways and stonefacing but do all general building projects that we can manage by the two of our selfs
Also yearly gardening and monthly maintenance
We work with clients to create bespoke and classic finish’s and are honest about the work we want to take on!

Not a very expensive job labour wise, we have done it for 1200-2000, if there’s pavement you will need to contact local authorities to drop the curb etc! all achievable but definitely contact council
Depending on the size or stories of the extension 2/6 months, bigger 2 story extension take more planning and structural engineers maybe needed! in most case work can start within 2 months
