If the eaves has a vent that does not allow steam to return, yes. but normally it cannot be mounted in an eaves because all the steam remains in the attic damaging the wall next to the ventilation.
I don't know if it's the best answer, but in order not to destroy the wall at the bottom, we can add a support (eg wood or metal) at the top to straighten the door frame. theoretically without seeing .... but practically on the spot i would surely find a way.
Is better to use the recommended adhesive.
Is around 120 bricks ( one day work single worker) £380 .
From my point of view, i only paid them for the tiles installed, maybe something extra for the road and i install the rest. i usually only use quick glue (uncared in 3 hours).
