No , if your using oak doors you wouldn’t paint them , a good quality stain that would bring out the oak features in the doors, and you would do this after the doors were installed
How big is the concrete slab ?
the slab should be minimum of 100 mil thick and a sub ade of 50 mil stone , it should of been troweled finish or brush finnish
did they put mesh in ?
did the use a poker on the concrete?
