Very dissapointed with the service, the bath and toilet were fitted to an ok standard- they were working however the bath hadn't been adjusted to the right height and was left unsealed and out from the wall. The sink however was the main concern it was left unfinished and leaking so I was unable to use it and had to pay for another plumber to fit it professionally. The quality level of the sink was terrible with a tube of silicon covering the mess of the leak behind the sink.

Very satisfied with the work undertaken by Phil, it was completed in a professional and timely manner, it was even completed under my budget. My neighbour was so impressed with the work that she is going to use him for hers too.

Reasonable quote for full bathroom refit.removed old tiles plastered walls installed new bathroom suite and shower which involved moving pipework. Very helpful and discussed the work throughout. Have asked him to do some further work for me and would not hesitste to recommend him.

Adam was tasked to reseal he bathroom/change ceilings in the dining room and hallway due to a leak that I was assured was fixed by a previous plumber. Adam set about the task and went above and beyond the detail I asked of him. Adams eye for detail identified the leak was still active. Finally fixing the leak he went on to completely reseal he bathroom, retile floor and walls to a high standard that leaves me in no doubt this will withstand time. His removal and replacing of the ceilings downstairs was also done to a high Caliber. AC property services offer extremely competitive prices with a extremely high quality of work that you would be very hard to compete with. I would recommend Adam and his team time and time again.

BATH PANEL REPAIR Paul arrived as planned and quietly got on with the above job. He was polite throughout and clearly knew what he was doing. He was gone within the hour and left no mess. I was very impressed with the appearance of the finished result, the price charged was extremely fair. I would use Aps Building and Plumbing Services again should the need arise and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using the company.

Failed to turn up as agreed. Email and text sent but no response. Wasted a few days on this.

I found Alan to be professional and very well mannered. The job has been done in 1 day with the promise to follow up in a week. Alan tidied up as he worked and the shower cabin looks great. Will try it out tomorrow and hopefully will get a shower without leaks.

After coming in the evening to visit the property and assess the issue, Dylan returned first thing the following morning to reseal the shower tray so we could continue to use the shower whilst considering a long term solution. Highly recommended.

Excellent builder! Completed full bathroom refurbishment to a very high standard finish. Mr Williamson was flexible to changes in design, always turned up on time and left the place every day in tidy condition. After bathroom refurbishment, Mr Williamson also quoted me changing 4 doors and fitting side gate which he also did a great job fitting. Price quoted was very reasonable compared to others and I would highly recommend homessolutions.

Chris from Dezign and Build did a good job in our bathroom. He was knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs, hard-working and courteous and tidied up at the end of the day. Professional and easy to deal with - would definitely recommend this company.

I can't rate Marc and G A Installations highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and he was diligent and reliable at all times. The quote was competitive and the work of a very high standard. I'd have no qualms about using them again in the future.

Todd and Dave decorated our dining room.They were extremely pleasant and very professional.We are very pleased with the job and the cost.

The work was done to a sloppy standard. The main issue we had was the toilets soil stack being blocked with tile adhesive from the works causing this to back up. I tried to get hold of Chris for a week with no luck. I had to get another plumber to fix the issue costing a lot of money and not to mention i had to clean the waste (both kinds) from my bathroom. I finally got hold of Chris who said he would reimburse me, after this call he has ignored all calls and texts. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Paul came to fit a new extractor fan in the bathroom and fix the ventilation in the loft space. He was very good, explained everything clearly, quick to respond and flexible about what time he could come over. He completed the work to a high standard at a reasonable cost.
