Replied to my e-mail and arranged to view the job for a quotation. Accompanied us to choose materials and fixtures which was a great help. Advised us on good products too. Refitted an ensuite bathroom fully tiled with fixtures. I am very pleased with the end results of my new ensuite. They were promptly on time each day. They maintained professionalism and was willing to answer any questions asked. I will strongly recommend.

Reasonable quote for full bathroom refit.removed old tiles plastered walls installed new bathroom suite and shower which involved moving pipework. Very helpful and discussed the work throughout. Have asked him to do some further work for me and would not hesitste to recommend him.

Adam was tasked to reseal he bathroom/change ceilings in the dining room and hallway due to a leak that I was assured was fixed by a previous plumber. Adam set about the task and went above and beyond the detail I asked of him. Adams eye for detail identified the leak was still active. Finally fixing the leak he went on to completely reseal he bathroom, retile floor and walls to a high standard that leaves me in no doubt this will withstand time. His removal and replacing of the ceilings downstairs was also done to a high Caliber. AC property services offer extremely competitive prices with a extremely high quality of work that you would be very hard to compete with. I would recommend Adam and his team time and time again.

Very dissapointed with the service, the bath and toilet were fitted to an ok standard- they were working however the bath hadn't been adjusted to the right height and was left unsealed and out from the wall. The sink however was the main concern it was left unfinished and leaking so I was unable to use it and had to pay for another plumber to fit it professionally. The quality level of the sink was terrible with a tube of silicon covering the mess of the leak behind the sink.

Gary fitted and bathroom suite and tiled the room - came when he said he would - carried on the job until he finished - and made a great job of it - what more could you ask. Very Happy

Andy fitted me a new bathroom and kitchen with no issues. He offered suggestions on space saving options/design spec when he came to give me a quote and offered his professional advice. His time keeping was perfect and due to a tight schedule on my behalf he was more than accommodating in getting both jobs done in a quick time scale. I would highly recommend his workmanship and attitude as no problems with anything and he kept me fully informed with the progress. I will be getting him back for other house work in the New Year. Very satisfied with the work undertaken by Phil, it was completed in a professional and timely manner, it was even completed under my budget. My neighbour was so impressed with the work that she is going to use him for hers too.

Someone from Powney's came and looked at the job,said they could do it and later that day they emailed a price and the date for the alteration. Two days later a tiler came to match the tiles. On the due date two people came at the time stated put covering on the carpets,worked through the morning without stopping and left about 2.00 pm.The work done was excellent and very satisfactory. Rubbish was taken away and the place left clean. Highly recommended.

Fitted a full bathroom. He cleaned up after every day. His work is very tidy love my bathroom great job. He done other small job for me put an outside tap on for me. Very reasonable priced I have gave his number out to a few friends and I would use Mark again.
