I have spent most of my life working as a multu trades person, my work ethics are simple, be transparent to my client, be timely, be skillful, and honest.

History:

My learning started when I was 19, I have had 34yrs experience at my job!
I started as a cabinet makers apprentice, and have worked for Lords and ladies, and Mps doing high end furniture, conservatories, refurbishment work on properties, my work also took me to learn other trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and other trades.
I am currently working on refurbishment property work.
However this work is taking me too far afield and I'm a single dad so I'm looking for more local work, hense advertising on this site.

Personal building work & shop refurb - Refurbishments job in Newark-on-Trent

“Chris completed a full refurbishment on my business which ranged from floor to kitchen fitting, plumbing, joinery, painting & carpentry. He was very quick to complete the full job & kept to the schedule he gave me which we planned together, well actually taking slightly less time saving me money too ! The whole refurbishment completed was to a very high standard and no corners were cut at all. I would consider Chris to be extremely trustworthy, friendly & incredibly competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend this tradesman for his workmanship & attention to detail. He has also completed some work to my house which was only simple plumbing & decorating but still trustworthy, honest & quick to complete. Highly recommended. ”

Answers:

Noisey taps
Usually the knocking is a bouncing washer in the tap, this can reverb the whole pipe, it's easily sorted as a rule
Toilet lower than soil pipe - is that a problem?
It is most definitely a problem, it's essentially a negative head height, so yes the loo needs raising
Updating old style radiators
If your wiring is safe and too standard new electric rads are easy to install and probably safer in the long term however this is only to be checked by an nic registered electrician
New shower no water
Several issues, check if the service valve (if fitted) is on. the shower unit has power, or ultimately there's is a feed, seems obvious but it's surprising what mistakes are made, and lastly it coukd be a fault in the unit.
Can washing machine fittings be added to hot cylinder closet?
Washing machines are usually cold fed, your cylinder will be also, so probably can do. but drainage i can't say
