Full strip out of existing bathrooms. Materials were supplied by myself to keep cost down. I was fully satisfied with the service and quality of workmanship. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Maintenance.

Was going to have bathroom tiled but Jason advised us to put up wetwall around bath. What great advice! He also fitted a shower door and vanity unit. Did a really good job and bathroom looks fab! Got him back to fix doors after new carpets fitted. No problem with quality of job or punctuality.Would definitely call him again.

Bathroom completely remodelled by K&M and job carried out to exceptionally high standard and on time. Cannot recommend enough, they were a pleasure to deal with, great communication and exceptional care was taken with flooring and furnishings, there was very little disruption throughout the whole project. They arrived on time to give us an estimate & within an hour we had agreed that they would carry out the work required. I can wholeheartedly say that I would have no problem in recommending CBS North Wales to any of my friends or family. The work carried out was to a fantastic standard & they really took pride in their work. They fitted a new kitchen, appliances, splashbacks, lighting, reconfigured the layout to which suited me & I couldn't be any happier. In the Bathroom, they fitted a new suite & were also able to squeeze in a shower cubicle with power shower which I didn't think would be possible, but it looks amazing! tiled floor & walls, new l.e.d lighting, new ceiling & I can honestly say I am over the moon with the results. My mum is a pensioner and asked me to post a job on this website. She decided to hire Andrew and she is extremely happy. Every detail of the bathroom is amazing. Mike was available at short notice, reasonably priced under the circumstances, and OK to have in the house with the children. He did a small bathroom: new bath, basin, and tiling. He is good at tiling. One reservation- he attached the basin to the tiled wall only with silicone. This might be considered normal, but the bolt holes are there for a reason! He also left a few small details unfinished. All in all- fair job given we needed it done quickly.

Excellent job done, very quick and tidy too. In fact, did more than was originally agreed . Will recommend to anyone wanting this type of job doing.

Simon contacted me within a couple of hours came to view the job same day. On arrival and within 50 mins had taken the old bathroom suite out and straight away got down to refitting (By the way awkward room size and plumb layout.For a three day job he managed this in ONE AND A HALF days and helped out sorting a few other issues as well!!. I totally and highly recommend to anybody who wants a quality trade who is 100% focused on the job and has skills second to none I have ever used.

Arranged to give me a estimate between 12-1. Arrived at dead on 12. Sorted the problem, cost me 20 pounds, best bargain I have had in years. will use him again if and when I need a plumber. Can recommend him with a 10/10!

After a date had been selected by both the contractor (A & C Contractor Ltdj and myself, I cleared the room in readiness on the day, and as they did not answer my request for an eta on the morning, got up early and waited. After 12pm I tried to call them, and sent them emails with no result. However, the next day I had a text message to say he had an accident, but someone else would available if we could arrange another date, we did and again they failed to turn up. Not impressed.

Rik transformed my bathroom. He had to gut my old one, knock down a wall into the loo, build a new wall, replaster and fit a new suite. He was quick, friendly, clean and enthusiastic. I got quotes from high street bath stores and for the same quality fittings he did the whole job for half the price. If there are any niggles, he comes back and sorts them out. I will use him again for other projects.
